Running your business is already a full-time job. Fighting with your website shouldn’t be. For $99/month, we become your “website & marketing person” so you don’t have to touch the tech.

What's included each month

Here are examples of the kinds of updates and maintenance tasks we can handle so you don’t have to.

• Create a new page for a service, special, or event

• Edit page titles and descriptions for better SEO

• Add 1–10 new project photos or food/drink photos to your gallery

• Optimize images before uploading so pages load faster

• Replace or add slider/hero images

• Update basic company info (phone, address, hours, services, etc.)

• Add or edit text/copy on any page

• Add, remove, or fix social media icons and links

• Adjust where your contact form sends leads (email, CRM, etc.)

• Add a new testimonial or review

• Make small color or style changes to match your brand

• Add Google Analytics or other tracking pixels

• Adjust meta tags (page titles, descriptions, basic keywords)

• Embed a customer-provided YouTube or Vimeo video

• Update sidebar or “featured” content boxes and text

• Make minor layout tweaks to the overall look and feel

How Monthly Management works

We’ll jump in every month to keep everything updated, tuned up, and looking sharp.

1 hour of updates per month
Your plan includes up to one (1) hour of design/content/tech updates each month. If your request looks like it might go over that, we’ll let you know and get your okay before doing extra work.

Simple: just send us your changes
Most months, all you do is send an email or message with your change list (photos, menu updates, text, new service, etc.). We’ll take it from there, and complete your request in
2–3 business days.

• Optional “work-together” session
If you’d rather talk it through live, you can book your hour as a working session. We’ll hop on a call or screen-share and make changes with you in real time.

• Reserved time, no rollovers
We reserve time on our calendar for your site each month. Because of that, the $99 fee is not refundable, and unused time doesn’t roll over to future months or apply to other services.

The Work-Together Guarantee

Don’t want to think about what to change this month? No problem.

If we don’t hear from you or see that you’ve booked a working session, we’ll still use your hour for you, and choose a smart “next best step” from our internal checklist, like:

• Cleaning up on-page SEO

• Tweaking speed and performance

• Refreshing older photos or content

• Other updates we know will help

Then we’ll send you a quick summary of what we updated.

That way, your $99 is always working to make your website better—even in the months you’re too busy to ask.
